ABOUT KAITLYN
Kaitlyn is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

Kaitlyn is committed to offering compassion, support, and empowerment. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, eating disorders & body image, spirituality, relationship issues, OCD, and life transitions. Kaitlyn primarily works with pre-teens, teenagers, college & graduate students, young adults, and couples.
Kaitlyn integrates various models of therapeutic practice to meet individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths Based approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Kaitlyn is also Gottman Level 1 Certified and uses that in her work with couples.
